By accessing our website, inquiring about kittens, or adopting a Tonkinese kitten from Texas Tonkinese Kittens, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Adoption Process

All kitten adoptions are subject to our approval process, which includes:

• Completion of an adoption application
• Review and approval by Texas Tonkinese Kittens
• Signing of an adoption contract
• Payment of adoption fees

We reserve the right to refuse adoption to any applicant at our sole discretion.

3. Health Guarantee

All kittens come with a comprehensive health guarantee covering genetic conditions. Specific terms include:

• Kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian before adoption
• All age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming are completed
• Health guarantee covers genetic defects for a specified period (detailed in adoption contract)
• Buyer must have kitten examined by their veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt
• Health guarantee is void if buyer fails to provide proper veterinary care

4. Spay/Neuter Agreement

Unless otherwise specified in the adoption contract, all pet-quality kittens must be spayed or neutered by the age specified in the contract. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided to the breeder.

5. Return Policy

If for any reason you cannot keep your Tonkinese cat, you must contact us first. We require that:

• The cat must never be surrendered to a shelter or rescue
• The cat must never be sold or given away without our written consent
• We have the right of first refusal to take the cat back
• We will assist in rehoming if necessary

6. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten
• Full payment is due before the kitten leaves our care
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in the adoption contract
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another kitten in certain circumstances

7. Delivery and Transportation

We offer various delivery options including in-person pickup, ground transportation, and flight nanny services. Additional terms:

• Delivery fees are separate from adoption fees
• Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs
• We will coordinate delivery arrangements
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery

8. Representations and Warranties

We make every effort to accurately represent our kittens. However:

• Color and pattern may change as kittens mature
• Adult size and weight cannot be guaranteed
• Personality traits are estimates based on observation
• Photos and videos are representative but may not reflect exact current appearance

9. Limitation of Liability

Texas Tonkinese Kittens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the adoption or ownership of a kitten. Our total liability shall not exceed the adoption fee paid.

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
